Coordinate a time that works best for the homeowner, you, and your agent (if necessary). A survey will take around 2-5 hours, depending on the size and condition of the home or villa.

After payment, we will confirm your inspection. We cannot leave for an inspection prior to a transfer of down payment.

Inspection

On the day of the inspection, you can accompany us, or we will coordinate with your agent.
